Senior Software Test Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Software Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality assurance of software solutions for life sciences devices. This position reports to the Software Team Leader and is part of the India Development Center Software R&D team located in Bengaluru, and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do

Write and review Software Verification Plans, and organize, lead, and execute formal verification activities. Define test plans, test scenarios, and both manual and automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial software development with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• 2+ years of experience using test automation technologies such as Reqnroll or Test Complete
• Ability to comprehend and address functional issues within the entire test system
• Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional team
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
