DANA is seeking a Project Management Manager to drive excellence in project execution across the organization, transforming the way projects are delivered from a reactive to a proactive and scalable approach.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Project Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or Team Leads
- Proven experience in fintech, banking, or e-wallet industries, with strong understanding of regulatory and security considerations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models
