Strategy & Operations Associate

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and innovation, and we're looking for a high-powered business analyst to support our highest priority incubation projects. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and communicate insights to guide business decision making.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or a strategic business function
• Data-driven problem solver with experience using SQL, Looker, or similar tools
• Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts
• Fluency in English is required
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally at short notice
