Job Description
The New York Workers' Compensation Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the medical file review process, reviewing reports for accuracy, and ensuring client and department standards are met.
Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Critical thinking and time management skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills
