Dane Street is seeking experienced Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehab/Pain Management physicians to join their team as 1099 independent contractors. The role involves conducting comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and providing objective, evidence-based medical opinions.
Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehab/Pain Management residency
- Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehab/Pain Management
- Current, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical physical medicine & rehab/pain management experience
- Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
- Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role
