Physician Recruiter- Northeast Region

Responsible for the maintenance of the physician panel, negotiating costs with physicians, and onboarding new physicians. Goal and production-based role requiring meeting/exceeding monthly recruiting targets.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
• Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently, and to meet specific deadlines
