Account Manager

As our Account Manager, you'll drive business growth by presenting and promoting products to customers, building strong relationships, and managing accounts effectively. You'll lead sales activities to deliver annual revenue targets, support existing and prospective customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in Fluid Conveyance customers and channel management
• Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic systems, hoses, fittings, threads, tube fittings, quick release couplings, and industrial hoses
• Experience in distribution network management, territory mapping, pricing, positioning, and channel development
• Demonstrated capability in value-selling, negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic planning
• Proficient in MS Office and accustomed to working with sales processes and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket customers
