Job Description
As an Engineering Supervisor at Danfoss, you will provide daily leadership and technical guidance to our engineering team, driving excellence in hose extrusion and component assembly operations.
Requirements
- Supervise tooling and equipment development, ensuring availability and compliance with standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures, implementing error-proofing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards like IATF 16949, API, ISO, and FDA/NSF, and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- Lead training and development for engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Support new product development, coordinating tooling or process design and executing engineering changes.
