Job Description
As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will lead site-wide EHS strategy and execution, build a strong safety culture, and drive environmental sustainability initiatives in a global manufacturing environment. You will shape how safety and sustainability show up every day on the factory floor and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Science, EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field
- 5â10 years of EHS experience in a multi-shift manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations, with experience leading audits and compliance activities
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, challenge the status quo, and communicate clearly with both shop-floor teams and senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with EHS systems and tools, including incident management and chemical management software
