Machine Worker

As an Operator in our Nordborg facility, you will help manufacture the hydraulic motors and steering units that power machines around the world. You will join a skilled and supportive motor team where safety, quality, and teamwork guide everything we do.

Requirements

• Ability to work systematically with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Practical mindset — “hands and head screwed on right” — with good technical understanding.
• Experience from production or similar environments (advantage, not required).
• Team‐oriented, reliable, and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
