Job Description
Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is a core member of the maintenance team, responsible for technical planning and scheduling of work orders to ensure high asset reliability and labor efficiency. This role utilizes IBM Maximo CMMS to prepare work packages and coordinates with the onsite MSC team to verify material availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling or a similar technical support role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo (CMMS)
- Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding technical documentation and regulatory record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and third-party vendors like MSC.
- Competency in MS Office (specifically Excel) for data organization and reporting.
