Job Description
Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic professional for a leadership position as a Plant Controller to manage the financial performance of DPS, Wagholi, and drive financial performance, enable informed management decisions, and improve operational and financial results.
Requirements
- CA or CMA (preferably CA) with 8–10 years of industry experience, including 3–4 years in a Business Controlling role within a manufacturing organization of similar scale.
- Strong ability to handle critical and high-pressure situations, supported by rigorous follow-up, fast issue resolution, and strong networking skills to ensure timely closure of critical matters.
- Highly structured, process-oriented, and meticulous work style, with the ability to manage large financial databases, handle complex financial matters, and optimize time through efficient iterations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Power BI, and MS Office, with hands-on experience in managing financial data, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial insights and support decision-making.
