Job Description
The Power Electronics Project Manager will lead complex projects within the Solutions business unit, delivering agreed objectives within scope, time, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves project leadership, planning, and execution, stakeholder and customer management, technical offers and solution definition, and risk, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale and complex projects, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Experience in managing large scale and complex projects with 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Polarion, or similar systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English and French at minimum B2 level, German proficiency is an advantage
- A problem solving and continuous improvement mindset combined with a solid educational background in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field and a PMP or equivalent certification as a plus
