Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Product Sales Manager to drive growth in our Thermoplastic & Connectors product line across the US. As a product champion, strategic hunter, and expert consultant, you'll spearhead market growth, enable the sales force, and bridge the gap between the market and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering/business or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years in a technical role (sales, product support, application engineering)
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of hydraulic systems and, specifically, thermoplastic and connector technologies
- Proven ability to see market opportunities and develop new business
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work across functions
