Quality Engineer, Customer Quality

Danfoss is seeking a Quality Engineer, Customer Quality to ensure the delivery of optimal quality solutions from the end-user perspective. The role will be responsible for managing customer quality claims, facilitating the Corrective Action Preventive Action Process, and auditing products and processes in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 standards.

Requirements

• Degree in manufacturing management, electronics, mechanical engineering, or similar fields
• Advanced knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a positive, open mindset
• Proactive nature and keen perception
