Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and ensure product and process excellence through the implementation and oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR equivalent experience
• Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Strong understanding of quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, DOE, APQP, 8D
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and lean tools
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and technical reporting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
