Job Description
The Quality Engineering Manager leads the plant’s quality initiatives by managing a team of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors to provide comprehensive quality support. The role oversees customer quality processes, including change management, and drives continuous improvement roadmaps to enhance key quality KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ combined experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
- Strong background in a manufacturing environment, in quality or operations.
