The Sales Development Manager - Remote role at Danfoss involves accelerating the growth of the Power Solutions division through identifying and capturing new business, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share with OEM accounts.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering is preferred; extensive equivalent industry experience will be strongly considered.
- 10+ years of experience in the fluid power industry, with a deep working knowledge of hydraulic circuits.
- Proven commercial background working directly with customers, ideally with OEMs.
- Specific sales experience with spool valves, open-circuit pumps, or HIC & cartridge valves is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and product lines concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting both technical and commercial material.
- Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites and Danfoss facilities.
