Sales Engineer (m/f/d) Drives

We are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Switzerland. As a Sales Engineer, you will support customers in mechanical and plant engineering with modern, sustainable drive solutions, win new customers, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive growth in your sales region. You will be responsible for customer consulting on drive technology and frequency converters, customer acquisition, further development of existing customers, and identification and development of market potential. You will also represent Danfoss Drives at customer appointments, trade fairs, and in digital formats.

Requirements

• Technical training or engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Sales experience and strong customer focus with communication and consulting skills
• Broad technical understanding; knowledge of drive technology or frequency converters is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and proactive approach to work
• Interest in digital sales methods
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland (60-80%)
• Very good German and French skills as well as good written and spoken English skills
