Senior Director, Portfolio Management - Sensing Solutions (m/f/d)

As Senior Director, Portfolio Management, you will shape the direction of the global sensing portfolio at Danfoss, connecting strategy, market insights, and execution to drive growth and create lasting value for customers. You will lead the global portfolio management strategy, translate growth ambitions into a clear portfolio roadmap, and prioritize key portfolio initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across Danfoss to drive alignment between product management, engineering, commercial teams, and operations.

Requirements

• Lead the global portfolio management strategy for Sensing Solutions, ensuring strong alignment between business strategy, market opportunities, and product investments.
• Translate growth ambitions into a clear portfolio roadmap, balancing innovation, lifecycle management, and long-term technology development.
• Prioritize key portfolio initiatives and drive strong execution through effective cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
• Support sales and customers with strong technical expertise, promoting the value of our solutions while helping solve customer challenges.
• Partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure the right products are developed, prioritized, and successfully brought to market.
• Drive portfolio performance and governance, ensuring transparency, clear prioritization, and effective decision-making across programs and investments.
• Identify new growth opportunities through market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis, including support for inorganic growth initiatives such as M&A.
