Senior Manager, Growth Strategy

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy to help shape the future of our Control & Thermal Management division. As Senior Manager, Growth Strategy, you will identify growth opportunities, turn them into clear recommendations, and guide leadership decisions. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, market insight, and investment, influencing how the business grows both organically and through acquisitions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategy, consulting, or business development within industrial, B2B, or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence senior stakeholders
• Exposure to M&A or investment-related processes, including market assessments or target evaluation
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and shape new ways of working
• Strong communication skills in English, with confidence engaging across global and senior audiences
