Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join Danfoss Power Solutions' Systems & Services team. This role will be based in Denmark, with approximately 25% global travel. The successful candidate will define the strategic sales focus for the Systems & Services portfolio and lead customer engagement activities to build pipeline and strengthen customer confidence.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business development, solution selling, or customer success within a technical or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to build structured pipelines and convert early engagement into high-value commercial opportunities.
• Skilled in leading consultative discussions and translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across sales, engineering, portfolio, and customer leadership teams.
• Customer-driven, proactive, commercially minded, and able to bring urgency, structure, and follow-through to opportunity development.
