Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening our manufacturing foundation by designing, improving, and sustaining robust production processes. You will develop, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes, lead and support quality processes, and define and implement technical solutions for machines, equipment, and process flows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering with a strong focus on process development and optimization.
• Solid understanding of quality management and problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
• Ability to work with technical documentation, specifications, and manufacturing standards.
• Hands-on mindset with experience improving equipment performance, process stability, and production efficiency.
• Advanced English communication skills to work effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
