Sr. Production Supervisor

The Senior Production Supervisor will lead the charge in ensuring that quality operations meet the highest standards, driving defect prevention and continuous improvement across all areas, and fostering a culture of quality and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Quality, or related Engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience in quality operations or engineering in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong leadership and communication skills
