Job Description
The Production Supervisor will lead a team of operators and technicians to achieve required skills and capabilities, while ensuring procedures are carried out in accordance with company guidelines. This role requires strong management skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Production Supervision
- General knowledge of semiconductor or optoelectronics manufacturing experience
- Strong management skills, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and tools, such as SAS JMP or Minitab
- Experience facilitating improvement projects and Kaizen
