Job Description
The Production Supervisor will lead a group of operators to perform daily routine, meet shift targets, and ensure good quality. They will also manage dispatching of work orders, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with work instructions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering / IE / Production Management
- Minimum 5 years working experience in high-volume high mix production environment
- At least 3 years in supervisory position
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
- Computer software knowledge
