The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the polishing, greening, coating, and lens fabrication processes. The role will ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency, and lead and manage production operators to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Lead and motivate production operators, ensuring high performance and teamwork
• Train and mentor employees on manufacturing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and conflict resolution
• Assign tasks effectively and adjust workloads based on production priorities
