Production Supervisor

Responsible for supervising daily operations in the polishing, greening, coating and lens fabrication processes, leading and managing production operators, and ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication).
• Strong knowledge of polishing, greening, and lens fabrication processes.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SAP, and production tracking tools.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
