The Senior HR Training and Development Specialist will design and execute innovative learning strategies that align with Danfoss’s objectives and departmental needs to create effective and scalable training programs for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to collect data, analyze training effectiveness, and report outcomes.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms; experience with People Now preferred but not required.
- Creative and innovative approach to developing engaging learning solutions.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
