Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Purchaser to take charge of certain category/supplier responsibility, develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate and drive cost reduction, and support new product development and product sustaining improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management, mechanical or related background
- 6-10 years related working experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech industry
- English as working language for both writing and speaking
- Good category management and sourcing project management
- Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills
- Has a high personal drive, result-oriented mindset and proactive approach
- Problem solving and risk management
