Job Description
Supervisor Maintenance role at Danfoss Power Solutions Segment in Nordborg, DNK, leading a skilled maintenance team and driving preventive and corrective maintenance to secure stable production and high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements
- A technical background and experience from a production environment where you have contributed to operational improvements.
- Experience with maintenance systems such as IBM Maximo or similar.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and process optimization.
- Great communication skills in Danish and English.
