Teamleiter Projektabwicklung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

We are seeking a team lead for our project management team in Germany (Hösbach location) to manage construction projects from sales to successful settlement.

Requirements

• Completed studies as a civil engineer, building technologist, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in construction or project management
• Very good knowledge of VOB and BGB
• Experience in additional management and settlement of construction services (Bau-SU, additional invoices, invoice reconciliation)
• Structured, solution-oriented working method
• Leadership skills and clear willingness to take responsibility
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
