Grill on The Green Server provides members and their guests with beverages and food at the walk up location behind the Clubhouse. The successful team member must be highly responsive to members and their guests to provide excellent and attentive service.
Requirements
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring high quality and consistent portions
- Providing friendly, timely, and exceptional service to members and guests
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Serving a variety of beers and alcoholic beverages
- Utilizing point of sale system to charge members for food and beverage purchases
- Treating all members, guests, and Team Members with respect
- Having a positive attitude while on the job
- Being able to work well under minimal supervision
- Being able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Having basic mathematical abilities and safety practices
