As a Litigation Paralegal at Daniel Stark, you will work closely with a team lead to provide exemplary customer service to clients, manage a docket of cases, and prepare legal documents. Requirements

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorney
• Manage a docket of 40-50 cases
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer
