Prelitigation Attorney

As a Prelitigation Attorney at Daniel Stark, you will work with clients to navigate their new reality after an injury, fight for them to get their lives back on track, and develop strategies to nurture productive relationships with the support team. You will be responsible for discovering and developing clients' stories, managing caseloads efficiently, leading and managing teams, and maintaining an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking skills
• Organizational skills and planning
• Spirit for competition
