Prelitigation Paralegal

As a paralegal at Daniel Stark, you will work closely with a team lead, embody the company's core values, and provide excellent customer service to clients. You will handle a docket of 40-45 cases, prepare legal documents, and advocate on behalf of clients. The role requires experience in personal injury, premises liability, and workplace injury cases, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
