Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred
HVAC Service Technician
Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician, HVAC certification and relevant licenses, Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Residential Electrician
High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an electrical program or apprenticeship, and 2+ years of electrical experience required
Installation Coordinator / Manager
2-5 years of experience in a coordination, permitting, or operations role, with strong understanding of permitting processes and excellent communication skills
Residential Service Plumber
Certified Generator Technician
1 year of experience as a generator technician or in a similar role, high school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
HVAC Service Manager
Proven leadership experience, strong operational skills, and ability to motivate technicians while maintaining accountability
Generator Sales Consultant
In-home sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build rapport and provide solutions-based sales
Dispatcher
Previous dispatching experience, experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook, excellent communication and customer service skills
