Job Description
Danley 911 is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage daily technician schedules, coordinate customer appointments, and ensure efficient service across electrical, generator, HVAC, and plumbing calls.
Requirements
- Previous dispatching experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generators, or other residential trades
- Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
