Job Description
DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to assist the Dealer in planning, organizing, and controlling the sales of the New Sales Department. The Sales Manager will measure the performance of employees and provide assistance to them.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience is required
- 2 Years of experience working in sales management
- Experience managing groups and teams
- Mentality that no job is too small
- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of the organization
