Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to present, consult, and sell automotive warranty products and repair services to customers in a professional manner. Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on vehicle maintenance, generating estimates, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate of repair orders
• Answer incoming service calls
• Maintain and schedule service appointments
• Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up
