Sidel Filler Operator- Night Shift

Darigold is seeking a Sidel Filler Operator for their Aseptic Sidel filling line. The ideal candidate must be motivated and desire to be a member of a self-activating team that works safely and drives quality on the production line.

Requirements

• Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation
• Organization of Storage and Filling Area
• Loading packaging inputs to the filler/blower
• Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area
• Testing and Inspecting, Quality Assurance
• Safe, efficient operation of the Sidel Filling and Packaging Line machines and equipment
• Inspecting and monitoring the filling process ensuring proper machine operation
• Maintaining and monitoring weights and measures
• Ensuring proper code markings and labelling
• Maintaining and monitoring inventory
• Maintaining organization of the work area
• Performing ongoing cleaning tasks in compliance with good manufacturing and warehouse practices
• Cleaning and sanitizing the filler and associated equipment
• Assisting Maintenance team members in routine maintenance and repairs
• Collecting information and completing any required production reports accurately
• Maintaining efficiency standards set for the operating area
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
