Senior Designer

Darkroom is a leading next-generation growth marketing firm looking for a Senior Designer to join their remote team. The role involves leading creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting designs to clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of design experience, strong branding and identity skills, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven design work experience
• Digital portfolio that demonstrates strong branding & identity, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design
• Proven understanding of design principles including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition
• Strong ability to lead client calls, drive workshopping sessions, and manage a client relationship directly
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluency in English is required
