Job Description
Manages complex, high exposure claims and lawsuits arising out of Dallas Area Rapid Transit operations to obtain the most cost effective and beneficial outcome.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related field
- Five (5) years related experience in insurance claims adjusting, litigation management or related environment
- Texas Department of Insurance Casualty License
- Ability to work irregular hours and be available to work on short notice
