Mortgage Loan Originators help clients make strong financial decisions to achieve their personal and financial goals. They provide the best service in the industry, market and solicit residential loan business, and advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process.

Requirements

• 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
• Encompass experience or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
• MLO approved license in NMLS
