Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of college coursework preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of residential mortgage loan products
• MLO approved license in NMLS
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
