Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to C-suite and senior executive leadership. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that functions as a proactive partner to executives, not simply an administrative resource.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience directly supporting executives (CEO, CFO, COO, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to manage complex priorities for multiple senior leaders with minimal supervision
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Executive presence with strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
