Product Manager - Shanghai

We are looking for a Product Manager to boost your career by contributing to Dashmote's core product, used by some of the biggest Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS B2B (startup or enterprise), with a strong track record in customer development and validation.
• Technical background is preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Engineering).
• Comfortable diving into usage data, architecture basics, and scalability considerations to inform decisions.
• Client-facing confidence, you’ve worked directly with customers and can balance their needs with product strategy.
• Growth mindset, curious, hands-on, and eager to build great products.
• Proven ability to run discovery, test assumptions, and turn insights into successful outcomes.
• Experience driving roadmaps, setting clear objectives, and prioritizing enhancements against constraints.
• Excellent communication in English, concise writing, sharp structuring, and strong storytelling.
• Python & SQL for querying and quick validation.
• Plus: Familiarity with AWS (S3, Athena) and data/analytics stacks.
