Job Description
The Inside Sales Supervisor oversees the daily operations for the Inside Sales team, developing and motivating the team to increase sales and improve conversion rates. The role involves establishing business relationships with customers, providing product information, and reviewing quote activity.
Requirements
- Associate degree or comparable industry experience
- 3 years of inside sales experience
- 2+ years of leading a team
- Sales track record of overachievement
- Previous experience in the aviation industry and target-based environments is a plus
