Job Description
DASI is seeking a Program Representative to manage the day-to-day operation of a program between DASI and its partners, ensuring parts get delivered to customers right first time within the agreed lead-time.
Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the programs assigned.
- Manage order expedites and updates.
- Issue escalations to Program Manager.
- Support monthly reviews with metrics.
- Update and produce operational reporting.
- Identify business growth opportunities.
- Support program risk management.
- Highlight and develop process efficiency and improvements.
