High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or 3+ years experience. HVAC certification preferred, but not required. Good communication skills. Tools like a power drill, saw, and power washer

3+ years property management experience; supervisory experience and proven track record. MS Office proficiency & financial/accounting knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Solid communication skills. Must operate tools & perform physical work. HVAC certification is a plus

1-2 years of leasing experience, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality
